Return, Exchange and Shipping

Shipping Policy

At Versuitality, our commitment is to redefine the bespoke tailoring experience, crafting garments that embody excellence while providing unparalleled customer service. We are dedicated to continuous innovation to surpass expectations.

 

Policy: 10 days. Regardless of the reason. Items must be unused, undamaged, and unwashed, with tags in the original packaging. Products acquired through special offers are eligible only for exchanges (with the same or higher value). Refunds or conversions to Store Credits do not apply to special offers.

 

Procedure: Request. Confirm. Handover. All shipments within India include a return shipping label.

Price: Complimentary. Just as it should be.

WHY 10 DAYS?

Because sometimes, a week simply passes too swiftly.

 

THE DETAILS

In every Versuitality shipment, a pre-paid return label is included for your convenience. Submit a request, specify a suitable pick-up date, and we'll handle the rest.

 

Eligibility

Should you encounter any issues with your Versuitality garment or find yourself dissatisfied for any reason, you have the flexibility to return or exchange the item within 10 days of the purchase date. Returns are accepted only for items in their original packaging, unused, unwashed, undamaged, and with all tags attached. Otherwise, we may decline the return and return the item to the customer.

 

Refund Process

For all accepted returns, we will refund your payment within 7-10 working days, offer store credits, or facilitate an exchange for an alternative size or product, according to your preference. This is applicable only to the purchased garment, excluding any packaging, gifts, or free items provided by us.

CANCELLATIONS

Orders cannot be canceled once collected by our delivery partners. If needed, cancellation is possible only after the customer receives the delivery. For accepted cancellations, we will process your refund after receiving the order within 7-10 working days, offer store credits, or facilitate an exchange for an available size or product of your choosing.

 

DAMAGES:

Notify our customer care department if any items are delivered without tags. Please refrain from accepting a delivery if the packaging is improperly sealed or damaged.
